Are there any plants hissing cockroachs wouldn't eat?

I have a bioactive enclosure I've been using for a giant Asian mantis, and I'm wondering if I could keep hissing cockroaches in it. Would they eat everything?

If so, I would like to know if there are any plants they wouldn't eat.

Possibly something they know is toxic to their biology. Which will be trial and error at this point, because your roaches will be captive.
