What’s alternative to cork bark? Won’t be able to buy any til I get a job?
cork bark is not the only material that can be used to create slabs and hides, it's just one of the best to use because it is resistant to mold.
What do you have on hand? Maybe other types of wood from other encsures in the past?

Bark from any tree.

Don't buy an animal you're not prepared to care for.
I’m sure I got some extra, I thought this spider looked bigger it’s old container was big enough pointless to rehouse it .
The rich cause this horrifying job market, can’t find anything.
I have enough money left to at least take care of Ts.

H Mac still won’t eat had a dead dubia in there for a day or two already attracting fruit fly’s .
I tried superworms and h Mac runs away. Even my Lp refused to eat supers, it’s already too fat .
2 weeks or so since rehouse, lp is fat n happy h Mac won’t eat.
You will have maggots soon.

When I rehoused my H.mac into new enclosure it made a dirt curtain all the way up back side of cork bark within a day or 2. For the most part it stays high up on the back side of cork bark but I do see it on the ground as well. It's also one of my best eaters as well. I too would also recommend you put more vertical pieces of cork bark, real bark or something for it to actually get "arboreal" on.

They are arboreal. Perhaps there is not enough vertical space for it. Younger specimens may burrow but an arboreal species is looking for something specific regarding their environment once they reach a certain size.
H mac finally eating live dubia again has webbed enclosure a lot . Hurray!:embarrassed:!!
