Hi all,

This is an Araneidae, but I can't find which one it is.
Photo was taken in south-eastern Sweden, not too far from a lake. I'm sorry but I don't have any photo of it's underside.
Anyone able to ID it?

Not an Araneidae, but a Tetragnathidae. Specifically Metellina sp. (either M. mengei or M. segmentata, which can be very similiar).

Thanks,

I forgot that not all orb weavers are under the "Orb-weaver spider" family.

I've searched some more and a spider specialist in Sweden says that M. mengei and M. segmentata can be distinguished by the hairs on the front legs. The front most part of the front legs of the M. mengei are much more hairy than the M. segmentata.
