Ok, so IF, and I mean IF, we decide to go forward with this, what would any of you suggest it be called? Aquatic Invertebrates, Aquatic Crustaceans, or something else?
This is quite a bit too broad this could cover anything on the site and would cause many more issues with posting in the wrong section.invertebrates would be best
"Aquatic" was already established. I was saying Invertebrates over Crustaceans because then you'd have to put aquatic insects in the other insects.I think @Arachnopets those could work fine!

ohhh my apologies Orin that makes a lot more sense! I thought you were saying just invertebrates Yes I agree with you that Aquatic Invertebrates then is best as it covers the widest group for aquatics that can be discussed!"Aquatic" was already established. Aquatic Invertebrates would make the most sense, since it hopefully would include both crustaceans like crayfish and shrimp as well as non-crustaceans like snails, aquatic true bugs, etcOk, so IF, and I mean IF, we decide to go forward with this, what would any of you suggest it be called? Nice! I know they're not similar, but since it's difficult for you to get crayfish, perhaps triops might interest you. I know they're not very similar, but I am interested in both so maybe you could be too.I don't currently keep any aquatic inverts but I would be interested in such a forum. My absolute favorite area would probably be marine crustaceans but I am interested in all sorts of aquatic inverts including insects. I love crayfish burt the laws here in Wisconsin prevent keep all but a few species. My next plunge may be vampire crabs. My vote would be yes
I've seen them and they are interesting but not enough variation. Before I was aware of Wisconsin's strict laws I had several varieties but my favorites were the Mississippi dwarf crayfish and a huge, (it had to be close to 8") blue and purple specimen of an unknown species. I used to belong to a couple of facebook crayfish groups but I left because I would get depressed seeing the things I could get but not have.Nice! I second this name and would appreciate the seperate space to post about these. As long as it specifies that crustaceans are including. There are so many interesting inverts to post and learn about.I think it would be quite interesting to have "Aquatic Invertebrate " added
