Add springtails to the areas that they breed in. They should eat the eggs and prevent them from breeding. That's how I got rid of 3 fungus gnat infestations.

I’m 100% positive apple cider vinegar won’t kill your T’s
I had a mixture of Apple cider vinegar with a very small amount of dawn dish soap mixed with a bunch of water and some splashed onto my tarantula tarantula but I sprayed her down immediately with clean water should she be OK?

Shouldn't be an issue unless you immerse the tarantula completely. Apple Cider Vinegar is safe and the only effect the soap would have is to make the tarantula's setae temporarily less water repellent, which would allow water to enter the book lungs if the tarantula were immersed in water.
