What is the slowest grower out there?

I've had some A. moderatum sligns for a few months now, and their growth rate is making me lose my mind. I've been feeding them D. melanogaster, and months later... they look like they haven't grown at all. They've molted, and after the molt, they look... the same. LOL :banghead:

Fruit flies are nutritionally deficient. Feed something more substantial...I suggest diced pieces of mealworm.

Aphonopelmas are right near the top...same for the rose hairs...but personally the slowest grower I have experienced was BY FAR B. albiceps. We're talking 6y month fasts for 1/2" slings...almost never ate, molting was cause for celebration...practically.

Worth it though, as they grow to be real stunners.

Albiceps?? really? HA. I have only 1 though, and it hasn't molted yet. let's see how long it takes. my albi is pretty easy to feed though.

here is one of my moderatums. I'll try the meal worm section.
