Well, for the place...I guess whoever has some time on their hands first, (not me for sure! lol) could check everyone's point of standing on the map and find a central location that would a relatively equal distance for everyone.

I am from San Antonio and make it up to Austin once in a while. Where abouts is this exotic pet store you guys are talking about? I used to go up there for the reptile expos(closest thing to T conference for us) but there are none there this year.

Its on the corner of 183 & Burnet road, behind Olive Garden and a bowling alley. Theres another exotic pet shop right across the street.

Texas Reptiles usually has a herp show in Austin in October, they had problems finding a location last here, so they may still be having issues. The Austin Herp Society is working on trying to have a show some weekend, but plans have not been laid out yet.
