I think what OP is doing is cool, I did something similar for my girlfriend if I were to pass away. I typed up a 7 page packet with everything there is to know about the spiders in the spider room.

Would she want to keep them at that point? Not sure, but at least she has the care sheets haha.
I know if I die my spoods are probably going to get gave away there is no way she's keeping them lol

Anymore to Add (Avicularia purpurea)

I'm back at it again with another caresheet I need help on. I just found out about this species recently and decided this is one I want in my collection and started researching, though I can't much on this species and instead have found info mostly from sources talking about Avics in general, heck it's similar to the point where I copied and pasted onto here. So if there is anything I need to rework, remove, or add please let me know, so I can be as accurate as possible. Also pardon the grammer.
Purple Pink Toe Tarantula Care
Scientific Name: Avicularia purpurea
Lifespan: Males: 2-3 years Females: 8-12 years
Size: 4-6 inches
Enclosure Type: Arboreal*
Enclosure Size: Adult: 3.5-10-gallon tanks* Juvie-Sling: 3-4x’s the length of spider in vertical space*
Enclosure Setup: 1. Couple inches to 1/3 full of substrate 2. Cork bark along the side of the enclosure along with decor (moss, leaves, branches, twigs, plants either real or fake) * 3. Water dish in an accessible spot
Substrate Option: Premade substrates, Coco fiber, Peat moss,
Temp: 70-85*F or Room Temp
Humidity: Just always keep water bowl full or drip water down one corner, so they can drink off the webs*
Food
Sling: 1 small cricket or roach, any prey pre killed/ no bigger than 2/3 of the sling’s size
Juvie: 2 medium crickets
Adult: 2-3 large crickets, some meal/waxworms for variety
Feeding Schedule* (If this is someone reviewing this or is pet sitting, please look at notes)
Cleaning: Remove uneaten prey after 24 hours, be careful as the urticating hairs can get stuck in the enclosure so wear gloves, deep clean every few months
Notes: Notes: The 3-4x’s the length of the spider applies to adults as well, Enclosure must be VERY well ventilated, if/when using fake plants best go with plastic and not fabric, Feeders can hide in the moss so don’t put too much, Feeding depends on the size of the abdomen (if it’s bigger than the head feed less, if it’s smaller feed more), To know when to feed look to see if they’re pointing their head towards the ground, Overflow the water dish a couple of times a week and let the substrate dry out before doing it again, but this also depends on the climate and season also No Misting

All Avics are kept the same, there’s nothing to read etc re husbandry

Do you know about exceptions to this? I would like to know for future reference. If so, should I just make a care sheet on Avics in general? If you need clarification on my question, please let me know.

The only difference is the spider itself. Same care.

I'm at it again with another care sheet for another species of interest. When I look up tarantulas for sale, I've seen them offered as freebies. So I did some research, but a lot of the info I've encountered is either the same or conflicts with what I've found. So, if there's anything I need to remove, rework, or add, please let me know. Sorry about the grammar.
Brazilian Red & White Tarantula

Size: 6-7 inches
Enclosure Type: Terrestrial
Enclosure Size: 3x’s the length of the spider for all stages in horizontal space
Enclosure Setup: 1. Fill up the enclosure up to ½-2/3 with substrate. 2. Hide* 3. Place Decor (Fake plants*, Cork bark, Branches) 4. Water Bowl
Substrate Options: Premade substrates like Reptisoil, Creature soil, jungle mix, Coco fiber mixed with sphagnum moss, sand, peat moss or topsoil, vermiculite
Temp: 65-85*F
Humidity: A water bowl along with a weekly light misting*
Food*
Sling: Pinhead crickets/roaches, pre-killed/cut up prey
Juvie: Medium crickets/roaches
Adult: Large crickets/roaches
Feeding Schedule* (If this is someone reviewing this or is pet sitting, please look at notes)
Cleaning: Cleaning: Remove uneaten prey after 24 hours, be careful as the urticating hairs can get stuck in the enclosure so wear gloves, deep clean every few months
Notes: Overflow occasionally for a little humidity, Slings need a bit more humidity, but less as they get older, Keep one part moist and the other dry, If/when using fake plants best go with plastic and not fabric, Feeding depends on the size of the abdomen (if it’s bigger than the head feed less, if it’s smaller feed more), Prey can’t be over 2/3 the size of the spider, cut prey down or crush the heads for small spiders, Depending on the size/age of the spider offering more is needed, Can go a few weeks to months without feeding, can be fed other feeder options

My experience with these guys is they can kick UrS quite a bit and they have some of the worst there is. Something to think about. Especially if you're making these sheets for other people to take care of you're T
