Another Spider ID Plz

Greetings Arachnoboard geniuses,

I just moved into a basement suite here in BC to find it a popular hangout for hobo spiders and these guys:





Apologies for the poor quality photo, as I've only got my macbook camera at the moment. I know its difficult to ID spiders even with a great pic. This spider has a dull beige abdomen with a very dark red carapace and orange legs. Thanks for your help.
