Hello guys!

I just want to ask if it's OK to use agar agar mixed with fruits to make Roach and Cricket food? Thanks

Yup.
Here's a recipe, by Aquarimax, that I've used, that incorporates agar powder:

I don't know op's reasons, but I used it because It doesn't spoil/mold as quickly, and it holds better after being frozen and defrosted vs. something like a banana.
Agar agar is fine? How many teaspoons are you using just to make it soft like a jelly?

No problem!

I use 3/4 teaspoon per cup of water, but that makes them really firm.
1/4 makes them softer and juicier.

I've tried unflavored gelatin also, it's easier to use in my opinion, but it's not as firm and it'll melt over time.

I'll do the 1/4 then, thanks for your help. I'll post it here once done :D
