African Fat Tail Gecko Not Eating

Hi, new fat tail gecko owner here. Recently adopted this female gecko about a month ago. She has only eaten for me about 1-3 mealworms during her stay here. She has a 29" x 18" tub that she lives in until I can upgrade her to a 3 x 2 enclosure soon. She's 2-3 yrs old. She has shed for me recently and I thought that was why she was not eating for me beforehand. I then offered her mealworms few days after she has shed and she only ate 1-3, like I said. I got her crickets and thought perhaps this would elicit a feeding response from her as crickets move a lot more than mealworms do. She has refused ever since. She's active and has pooped, temps and temp gradients are good in the enclosure as well as humidity. Her set up is not bare either, made sure to fill it up so that way she can move from one end of the tub to the other without having to compromise hiding. She has fresh water daily, calcium powder in her bowl filled up and cleaned everyday. She has a heat mat for now, no weird lights in her enclosure as my room gets ample amounts of sunlight during the day. I don't disturb her at all unless to check on her at night for a brief period as well as in the day to do her morning routine of filling up the water an calcium bowls and to check for poop. I'm at a loss and don't want to take to the vet when they can't figure out what's wrong with her as it is a long ride going there and I would not like to stress her out with that.

Pics would definitely help..
In the meantime though, do you see any "left over" shedding on her anywhere? Particularly on her feet?
They're usually pretty hardy eaters, for them NOT to eat usually indicates a stressor somewhere. When you take pics, send at least one clear one of her abdomen.
What kind of substrate do you use?

If everything checks out, try wax worm. I've personally found these to be the equivalent of gerbils to picky Ball pythons, in the world of terrestrial geckos.

Hello guys, sorry for the late reply, got busy and all. I got a picture of her enclosure from top view since it's a bin and hard to see through if you view it from the side. Checked temps and hot spot is at 89 fahrenheit, cool side's 70. Humidity atm is 51%. She does have a temperature probe on her heatmat and I also use a heatgun to check temps. I did notice her with leftover shed on 2 of her toes but after a night they were gone. Stuck in a humidity hide for her till she got it off herself. I don't put this humidity hide in there all the time as she never uses it, only when she was in shed. I use coconut coir for substrate, I let it dry out completely before putting it in there and I try to pack it down as much I can so it's not too loose. If there's anything I do wrong here, please provide some advice, no matter how harsh it is, I just want to do well for my Coconut, thank you.

The seasons are changing. Perhaps your fat tail is showing a natural behind getting ready to brumate for the winter.

Perhaps, it is getting to be the height of fall here where I am. Her tail is still pretty plump. She's starting to get less active past few days as it got colder.
