A molt gone good - chromatopelma

Was just a little late to see her drop but my beautifull chromatopelma just molted.

And she left me a nice skin, normally parts are ripped.

She already flipped back on her feet. Diagonal legspan of the molt is little over 12cm with a 5cm body lenght. I assume she pretty much reached adult size now. Time for her to mate if I can find a male somewhere

I cant wait for her to eat again and show off her new size. I find that especially this species streches up a lot after some weeks and a decent meal. One of my favorites

It seems love is in the air around this forum with the gbbs. I'm sure you'll be able to find a male soon enough.
