A key to North America genera of Lycosidae?

I believe the keys listed down in the "Works Cited" section at the bottom of the page will help. They probably don't cover everything, but if you click on the "Info" tab for whichever genus you're interested in that may have more keys. You can try checking the World Spider Catalog as well.

I was just checking BugGuide and I found a list of genera native to North America (excluding Mexico). Does anyone have a key? Or have a key for a genus or two?

The book "Spiders of North America - An Identification Manual, 2nd Edition" published by the American Arachnological Society has a key to the genera of Lycosidae of North America. You can buy a copy from Amazon. I have a copy of this book and refer to it all the time. Well worth the price if you need more than just a picture book since it contains very detailed dichotomous keys and drawings to aid in identification.
