Found this today, much cheaper than The Cork Store which charges $4.30 per pound for part tubed bark, plus a $5 handling fee plus shipping.
This place charges $3.99 to only $2.90 a pound in 20 pound lots. No additional handling fee and a standard UPS ground shipping fee chart based on actual package wieght not dollar value.
