I give major props to the Aphonopelma hentzi here in Texas, we go from -10 to 110 degrees on the norm. They are amazingly diversified and though not as large as Grammastola or Brachypelma, make up for it in hardiness.
Though why not rig up a room with extra insulation and either use ceramic space heaters or even go geo thermal as to cut electricity use to nil. the cost on geothermal is cheaper if you rent a ditch witch. Good luck I am currently doing the same as I need to expand in size dramatically. (By room it could also be external, kind of built like a super insulated shed.) Or a heated cabinet, either heat tape, or even ceramic heat bulb a bit away from the T's.

OP posted this 4 years ago. He said he lives in a 3rd world country, so I don't believe geothermal is really a cheap option for him.
