JBRD is always on the right track. A T.blondi with a decked cage is a great way to do the 200 dollars. They grow fast, and are great eaters. You will not be disappointed. I suggest passing up the Gramms and Brachys and getting something that is not as common to find and/or gets really big. You could go nuts and get an X. immanis.

/\/\/\ Thirding this idea. /\/\/\/\

Spend the cash and time to do this! Then throw a nice big bird eating spider in there.

A Pamphobeteus, or Theraphosa, or Xenithis.

More? You already have like what... 70 ideas? How about you give us some restrictions so you can get your goal narrowed down.

What??? lol
That is just ridiculous!

Personally, I've always wanted an L. parahybana *swoons*
My brother had one :D
G. pulchra is simple, but very beautiful and hardy.
M. robustum - fascinating behavior and stunning to look at

Man, our priorities are different.

Tkid, I stick to my previous option, Brachypelma something.....and add A.versicolor, so you'd have an arboreal too.

Are you looking for really colorful tarantulas? like colbalts or Green Bottleblues? Or somthing that has larger size and aggressiveness?

Guys,

Keep the classifieds ads in the proper section for them, please. They do not belong in here.

Thanks,

Buy some slings of different species. They are cheap and satisfying when grown up in the care of you.

You should get A.versicolor as your first arboreal. Depends on how experienced you are. A pokie is not for beginners, unless you like taking risks. A bite from a Poecilotheria sp. is much worse than a bite from an Avicularia or most other species.
