14",8",3" inhabitant suggestions?

So I have a 14", 8", 3" shoebox that I'm looking to use for a scorpion or two. I was looking at Heterometrus sp. and Hadogenes sp. but they seem too large (correct me if I'm wrong). From what I can see Babycurus or Centruroids (with a cave sort of hide) would be the best inhabitants? I'm open to any other suggestions as long as the animal isn't deadly to average humans.

I measured it and it's all correct but the hight. It's 4.5" not 3". Probably used the wrong label on the box pre-sale.
