The flaky bits may just be remnants from the exuvia and the new molt exposed the cyst. If it is one, it will be a protrusion like Wolfram said.
Don't let it get fat by overfeeding it. Make sure it has access to a water dish.
Edit: if it is acting fine then don't worry. It's good to have corn...

...to be leaking, weeping, dripping, oozing or anything of the sort, or just slightly glossy?
If yes then it could be an injury, if it is a cyst it could have ruptured. The only treatment would be to put some corn starch on it and only on the affected area, and hope for the best.
If it's just...
i cant tell if it has just kicked some hair or if there is actually a fleshy protrusion
try taking some better pictures...
if so, search for "cyst", you will probably find some threads that could be of interest to you
Grief can really mess a person up. I find it helps to surround myself with creatures that depend on me, but that's best done prior to some of life's dreadful milestones. I'll say some new worlds are a safe emotional investment and it's not theraposa 🤣
Yeah it was sad 😢 then he left the hobby.. miss his videos.
I lost one to that had a cyst, I had a long thread on it. Tried my hardest to save it. Never been able to get another.
I'm no expert so wait for them to chime in, but it looks raised/textured, so I don't think it's from rubbing hair off, it looks like a cyst.
Any chance you have her last molt lying around? When was it?
Do you have a picture of the full enclosure, in case it helps?
Any other unusual...
Semantics...you knew what I meant
Read my mind about what? Every time I ask a legit question you always give me a hard time for some reason
I was looking at 10 and 20 gallon glass tanks but my concern is lack of cross ventilation. I also looked at tarantula cribs, nanezoo, and reptizoo as well...
Depends on the size of the spider I got an empty 20 gallon long are used to house a salmon pink Bird eater that could also fit a goliath adult. I housed a goliath in a 10 gal once but I couldn’t save it from a cyst it came with.
More than likely some kind of a cyst. I don't think it's constipation/impaction - that normally presents as overall swelling of the abdomen, not just in an isolated spot like this.
There's really not much you can do about this. Just make sure the T has constant access to fresh water, and be...
I have been starving (in her ganglia) another T for several months, with an injury, deformity or cyst. Sparingly with an old rosea? So, skip her next meal and feed her in 2025? 😂
...for me so I can go home early/tonight. 12 more hours
This was the best picture I could get of the portion that appears to be affixed...
Edit to add, I'm just noticing a white perfect ring around the lump. Someone please tell me that's not dried hemolymph and I'm not looking at a ruptured...
November is hamorii month. This is 3 in as many weeks. That leaves Xolotl and Wendigo (who I might lose to the cyst).
Pictured: Ignatius, who I got from our very own @Triprion at about 1"
Most likely a drag spot. It could be an internal cyst but it looks like a drag spot IMO. Your T doesn't look particularly overweight or anything but I'd feed less at this point. Keep monitoring but I don't think it's much to worry about!
...the pic that you marked up. That said, a white spot could be feces, it could be a lesion or ulcer of some kind, or possibly the beginning of a cyst forming. If it's behaving normally, and is eating and drinking, all you can really do is observe it and hope that it is something that will be...
