from start to finish my experience with Ty and Ty Dye exotics was phenominal. As a complete novice in the hobby but a well travelled customer and objective reviewer i can honestly say without any bias Ty dye was one of the best shops ive ever purchased from period. to start off he demonstrated great communication, respect and compassion when he informed me that my centipede was in premolt and that he would not send it since he was in premolt and would be dangerous to ship him. However it turns out that i was local and he immediatley offered me to go pick up my centpede from his shop since it would be faster further adding that he would refund my money for the shipping or allow me to pick from anything within his stock using the money that I wouldve spent on shipping upon my arrival to his shop. From that point forward i knew the animals under his care would all be in spectacular condition including my very own pede because of the character of the man i was dealing with. upon my arrival i was immediately given a great amount of wisdom and knowledge about inverts and my pede which i gratefully took as i have allot to learn still. But Ty as i came to know him today went above and beyond for me a random customer. upon discussing the sale Ty did me a Colossal favor by applying a massive discount to my purchase because of a deal he had going for three days for the fourth of july that i myself had not applied for. And ontop of the sale in which i had originaly purchased my now significantly cheaper pede , the sale on other centipedes, the deal that was currently happening, my in-store credit (money that i wouldve spent on shipping of which i chose to use as in-store credit to get more Pedes lol), and the nearby presence of my trusty wallet. i felt it would be foolish of me to not indulge myself and leave with at least 2 more pedes. and so after a good tour of his facility and a very fun and educational conversation i decided to leave with a sumatran jewel and an egyptian rainbow centipede .The main point that i want to get across is that with Ty-Dye exotics what you see is what you get and therefore you get exactly what you pay for. As a honest reviewer, a well travelled customer, and eye witness i say honestly that Ty's operation, character, and business is a great boon for anyone and everyone in the hobby local or not. beacuse with Ty-Dye exotics you can be confident and certain about your purchases because you are doing business with a real expert of both his passion and his profession. He goes above and beyond for his customer and his insects alike. and his pricing is competitive and fair an extremely compelling aspect in my opinion. Overall my experience with Ty and Ty-Dye exotic's was fantastic and it reminded me of the first time i got a pet as a kid. If you live in america and want a very healthy, well packed invert from a reputable dealer look no further! Thanks Ty!

Highly recommended. Ty Randall was able to ship almost immediately after ordering to meet an overnight shipping drop-off deadline. 1 OBT, 2 Aphonopelma burica, 1 P. rufilata, and a H. laticeps freebie all arrived nicely packed, looking good and settled in nicely.

I’ve bought from Ty for a while.He is one of the only dealers I could find with a good variety of true spiders.This time I bought a M kingsleyi,L similima,and a H dagmarae. He even sent a free diplura sp rurrennbaque. Everything was packaged great and arrived healthy.

Ty-dye-exotics has consistently shown that they value the animal and not just the money. The packaging is great, the last 3 orders I've had, the spiders were always healthy and active. They also allow you to have the spiders shipped to a nearby hub in case you aren't available to pickup upon delivery. This is a big deal for me as my schedule is unpredictable. They also have a huge variety, a lot of rare species as well. Overall I believe that Ty-Dye-Exotics sets the standard for the industry. If I HAD to think of something negative, its that they ship their items usually about a week after order, this is not a real con as it is for the animals safety to wait until temperatures are more appropriate.

I recommend purchasing from this seller; you'll get high quality inverts.

I'm not a big Avic collector and the species/morphotypes I am interested in seldom come up for sale nowadays. I had been looking for Avicularia avicularia M2 (ex Avicularia braunshauseni) for quite some time and while randomly perusing the classifieds, I discovered that Ty had some slings available for a really good price. It was definently one of those shut-up-and-take-my-money moments lol. Not only did he have this species that I've been chasing, but his communication was on point, direct, and timely. A few days later, all three arrived in perfect health in a well packaged box shipped overnight to my local FedEx Ship Center. Ty Dye Exotic's price lists are now on my must-check list whenever I see them posted as I know the quality and customer service are in the upper echelons of specialty invert dealers.

Seller was immediately responsive and shipped quickly and efficiently. He was communicative throughout the process. There was a shipping issue (unknown who was at fault), but shipper was very understanding and made sure that package was appropriately redirected and was willing to accept responsibility for any losses. Animals were in great shape and there were no issues on arrival.

So I want to start by saying in 2 years of buying over 100+ Ts online I've never had a DOA or Carrier delays. But with my first order for Ty Dye Exotics, I had both! I had 7 total Ts coming between cash and trade, but fedex failed me. My package was 5 days late, all arrived dead. It sad I sad unboxing. Even though Ty Dye Exotics clearly states that LAG isn't covered from carrier delays. But we worked out something that (hopefully) made us both happy.
So on to my recent purchase, he still had the few I was really interested in, so I repurchased. This time all was well, package arrived safe and sound.
I got 2 Avicularia Braunshauseni, 2 Caribena Versicolor, and 1 Linothele sp. Panama.
Man the funnel web is tiny but fierce, feed it today the day after receiving and it didn't hesitate.

Recently completed an order thru ty for some centipede plings, scorplings, and a teeny tiny baby vinegarroon (floridanus.) He was extremely prompt with replies and worked with me the whole way up until I picked up the box. Everything arrived healthy and ready to go and the box was packaged very securely. Super professional, will definitely be ordering again within the next month or so I'd assume
