Treynkarissa

I really can't speak highly enough about my experience with Fangtasia Exotics (Arachnoboards user Treynkarissa). This was my very first experience buying my very first tarantulas and they made it simple and memorably pleasant! Really went above and beyond.

I contacted them about one species and when they found out I was looking for another one that wasn't listed as available they offered to sell me one of their holdbacks.

They were understanding when I needed to wait for a payday and held my specimens for a few extra days.

Were communicative about weather related shipping delays and even with the stress of losing power were gracious about a newbie babbling excitedly and asking a bunch of questions.

When my Ts arrived they were packaged so cleverly and well. The box was secure but easy to get into, the animals inside were safe, contained, and clearly labeled. They even gave me a freebie, which I thought was extra kind because I hadn't ordered very expensive Ts, AND a sample culture of micro superworms to get them started- I had planned on feeding them buffalo beetle larvae from my colony but they knew the little guys were taking these and wanted to get them started right.

When it took me a day to get back to them because unexpected craziness happened on my end they messaged to check in and make sure everything had gone smoothly. Even after everything was done and dusted they were concerned about the health and safety of their animals and wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase.

It is now several days on and my slings are still looking incredible and they took a meal without hesitation.

I purchased in person due to being relatively close. They had amazing communication through e-mail and text and were incredibly patient and flexible in working with me to make the pick-up. All four of the ts I purchased were in great shape and wonderful additions to my collection. I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to working with them again!

I've made a purchase from them previously and would not hesitate to make another! Communication was great, the Ts were packaged perfectly, and they all arrived just fine!
