Sent an email on Friday morning and got a text from Payton shortly after. He made me a great deal on several slings and told me he would not be able to ship until Tuesday. That was perfect for me because I needed a little time to set up some enclosures. I used PayPal to pay Payton and he texted me right away to let me know he got payment. Sent me a tracking number right away. He sent me a message Tuesday morning letting me know they were in the mail and I had them Wed morning. Perfect transaction.
Recently did a transaction w Payton...There was an issue with his bank's website he had told me about ahead of time. I however shipped before it was resolved...he kept me up to date on the issue, and as soon as it was resolved he sent payment immediately! There was also an issue w the shipper as well...He stayed in touch w me throughout! Payton also went up to the station when there seemed to be some confusion w them receiving and holding the package. He took care of things despite their incompetence!!! Great buyer, completely trustworthy, and someone I would certainly do business with again!!! A++
Payton had some species I wanted to add to my collection, and we decided to meet halfway for a trade. It took a while before we both had a free day available, but it was for sure worth the wait! I’m only a couple years older than him, and it’s impressive how knowledgeable he already is with tarantulas. I will not hesitate to purchase from him again especially since he responds promptly. Highly recommended to everyone!

Payton was great with communication and answered all my questions beforehand. Any time I messaged, I had a response back very quickly. I felt that the pricing was good and I was able to pick up a few slings I'd been wanting without breaking the bank. The tarantulas were packed extremely well and even though there was an extra 2 day carrier delay, they arrived safe and sound. I would definitely recommend Payton and hope to purchase from him again in the future.
