I sold a few tarantulas to Russ and we had to move the dates around to deal with unexpected hot weather on my end, delaying the entire thing a week. Russ was understanding and we kept in touch through the delays and ultimately shipped them out with no issues. Would work with him again any time.

I've actually had several dealings/transactions with Russell over a span of time, he's one of those people you feel is an asset to the hobby.Every transaction entails straight forward communication, prompt payment, followed by a status check.
