PNW Arachnids

I recently got into the hobby and Aaron was very helpful getting me started. He answered all the questions I had, even when I called multiple times with questions. He even warned me before buying that this is an addictive hobby. He's right - I got two more tarantulas from him.

When there was a problem with one of the shipments he was very quick to fix the issue.

Aaron has been wonderful at providing both tarantulas and insight to my partner and I as new tarantula owners.

The slings we've received from him have been healthy and he provided advice and assistance after tragedy struck and one of our slings was damaged during a stressful transit (my package carrier apparently isn't always so gentle...) in which she molted unsuccessfully. Aaron does as much as a person could to try to ensure the health of the spiders during transit. They were ensconced in their little tubes with properly snug moist paper towel for padding (I've only gotten slings) and those tubes were safely within a lot of packing with a heat-trapping, protective styrofoam box between the packing and the shipping box. There was even a heating pack affixed to the top since it was winter, far enough away from the slings with packing between to keep them warm without causing issues from overheating.

The spiderlings have been an absolute joy. They've been eating healthily thanks to Aaron's advice about regulating their temperature to a warmer point than I had started with and the avic. M6 we got had her first molt successfully with the very hungry and wonderfully outgoing g. pulchra sling looking not far behind right now. I can't imagine getting a tarantula from anywhere else now that I've worked with Aaron.

I would most definitely order from Aaron again. He is one of the best Tarantula sellers in the USA right now!

Third time ordering from Aaron at PNW. Each time I've purchased I'm more satisfied than the last. Selection is really nice. Picked up a few Phormictipus juvies, an Avic, two beetle grubs.

Excellent experience across the board. Will likely order from again.

I found this forum when I was doing research for my first t, but I honestly joined so I could check the classified section. I'm so glad I did. The prices are great; the G pulchra I ordered was the least expensive I've found anywhere, and a larger size than I expected. It was a great introduction to the hobby. If I order more, I won't hesitate to return.
