The guy does not tell you off hand that he does not have insulated box before purchase and messages me that he can not ship until Thursday, October 13 which would have been good to know since I am gone out of the state from Thursday until Monday October 17. He then refunds me which was a waste of time.

If you had time restraints, you should have said so in the beginning.
