This is my first purchase from J&T Reptiles and Exotics.

I purchased a A.Seemanni 4+" female. Inquired via e-mail on a Friday night and arrived on a Thursday afternoon. Communication was excellent: clear and timely.

Price and shipping was very reasonable. Received a freebie g.porteri sling. The packaging was excellent and the T's arrived in great condition, look healthy and are active.

I would buy again from J&T. Two thumbs up!

This is my second transaction with these guys and both went as smooth as one could ask..

Communication was perfect! They answered every question I asked and It's very clear they are passionate and knowledgeable about the species they offer and aren't just another seller in it for the money.
There timing is impeccable! We live close to each other so we meet in person and both times they where there before I was and I'm always early!

Tracy's memory is terrible when she is tired However Johns is amazing and the only thing better is his generosity.. I had asked ( and then totally forgotten) if he had any spare roaches so that I could add new blood to my colony ( I was looking for 3-4) he brought me atleast 20 adult males and females! A++ transaction! Absolutely phenomenal packaging job. Ts vials were packed tightly in a cushioned box with a cotton-like material and had a heat pack too! The weather in San Francisco this time of year drops to the low 50s to high 40s, so the heat pack was definitely a great call. Communication was great and shipping was prompt and on time. Couldn't be more satisfied.

John does a great all-round job. Communication is fast and he gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Packing is A+ all of the T arrived active and unharmed.

Beautiful tarantula that's a total sweetheart! John was awesome and threw in a freebie so my son would also have a tarantula to add to his collection! Great packaging, although, I think a teddy bear was murdered for the superb job lol.

I bought a sub-adult female A. metallica and a P. cancerides sling from John who is extremely pleasant and responsive. J & T's has an excellent selection of spiders at very good prices - mine arrived healthy and active - am totally happy with this purchase.

I have made a couple of purchases from John and I highly recommend him . The Ts I've gotten from him are always

I ordered a female Grammostola sp. concepcion from John for a great price. He was flexible with shipping dates and was great at responding to my messages. The tarantula came healthy and in great packaging. John also gave me a surprise freebie P. Irminia sling. Would highly recommend!

Once i stated my concerns about it being the wrong species. He posted a picture here on arachnoboard to get it identified. A knowledgeable breeder informed him that was indeed a B.gigas. Not a B.jacksoni.

His offer to me was for me to ship it back and he would refund me the $25. That means i would i have spent $30 on shipping and he gets the specimen back. Everyone makes mistakes, as dealer its up to you to take care of the mistakes. Im now stuck with already mature female B.gigas that i will need to buy a male for. And more importantly im still in need of the correct species that i origonally tried to purchase.

Anywho, this is a small money transcation and entirely not worth all this effort. But my money is short and it just got a little bit shorter.

What a great seller! I sent a message asking about certain animals and received not only a prompt reply, but pictures! Lots of pictures! He offered fair pricing for exciting new stock and answered my myriad questions with patience. I added to my order a few times and had a special shipping request, which was accommodated. When the shipping cost ended up being less than expected, the seller threw in an additional sling to make up for the price difference. Thank you for being an honest guy as well as for carrying nice stock!
