Haksilence

So, this was my first purchase of tarantulas online. Haksilence responded to me in a timely manner.
Unfortunately there were some technological difficulties which resulted in my address not heading over. These things happen. After that, everything was squared away.

Well, by the time that all got sorted out the spiders had molted so it took another few days. Until the fateful night of yesterday. Of which, of course, one last hurdle had to present itself in the form of the shipping company not providing the correct tracking number.

So, they were able to track it down, and I received a wonderfully secure package, with 3 slings in them. The packaging was incredible. All 3 arrived safe and sound.

Haksilence was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole experience, despite me being a newbie buyer. I'm glad that I decided to continue through the process because they are absolutely beautiful and wonderful spiders.

In closing, all the random hindrances were just that. Completely outside anyone's control. If we take those out, then I'm left with a seller that cares about what they do, does a good job of it, and quickly too. Communicates effectively (answered my questions just fine), with a straightforward process. Highly recommend.

Got a pack of 10 diversipes from haksilence. Packing was excellent, communication was great, and I got a killer deal with a nice freebie too. Awesome!

I find that in most cases people exaggerate the size of their T's. Not this guy. Sold me a huge beautiful girl that exceeded my expectations. Everything was professionally packed and shipped.

Sent money late Saturday evening, had package in hands midday Tuesday. All Ts were well packed and healthy, along with a nice hand-written note with a couple tips and an offer to contact him with any care questions.

I've been contemplating an M. balfouri communal for a bit but was set off by how much it would cost. In comes Haksilence with an amazing deal for 10, jumped on it right away and picked up a Grammastola sp. "Northern Gold" female as well which netted me an 11th M. balfouri as a freebie. He also gave free overnight shipment with the sale since it reached a certain amount... absolutely floored by the deal. Packaging/communication was good. Will definitely purchase from again.

Bought a Y. diversipes. Haksilence was very good to work with, the sling I was buying had gone into premolt so he held the sling back until it was safe to ship and even gave me a coupon for the inconvenience.

Perfect transaction. My Grammastola came quick, and she came out of her package calm and sweet. Would definitely buy from again!

I purchased two Stromatopelma Calceatum slings from Haksilence.
And they were shipped out in great packaging and both arrived lively and in good health. Communication was good and I would certainly buy from him again.

Tom (Haksilence) is great, both as a tarantula breeder and person. Few people have the type of integrity and professionalism you will find with Tom. I shipped Tom a MM S. calceatum near the end of September 2016 and he had been keeping me updated (with videos!) of the whole process -- from the pairing, to egg laying, incubating, instars, etc. Regular updates like this from breeders give the loaners higher confidence in them, especially when working with them for the first time.

The egg sac came out to over an amazing 200 little ones, which I believe is an indicator of how healthy Tom keeps his tarantulas. I received my half on April 20, 2017. The shipping was very good and the spiderlings were professionally packed into straws. Out of over 100, only 2 didn't make the trip (that's less than a 2% fatality rate). I have no complaints whatsoever with my breeding loan experience with Tom. As I write this, I'm getting ready to ship out another MM to him

Thomas and I came to an agreement a couple weeks ago on a trade and decides to wait until after the holidays to ship. His communication was excellent and he responded promptly each and every time I contacted him. His packing is of the highest quality and his tarantulas are healthy & happy! I've had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas a few times and I'm never disappointed! I look forward to future dealings with him!

We attempted a breeding loan, and I am the owner of the female. I received his male lightning-fast, and he was well-packed and vigorous. My partner's communication has been exceptionally good, and I've enjoyed talking to him as well as working with him.
