I initiated a trade with Darren in which we agreed on terms with. I sent him an adult male Heterometrus petersii and he was to send 4 Uroctonus mordax. However, he was unable to ship on the agreed date (Not a big deal by any means), quickly making up for it by sending 7 scorps instead of 4!!! Sadly, due to an unexpected weather spike, they all arrived DOA. However, Darren not only agreed to replace them (even with 2-3 day shipping), he agreed to send another 7! This time he even sweetened the deal by sending 3 different species.

Amazing dealer, definitely cares about customer service. Will definitely purchase again from him and direct anyone to him who wants species that he may have.

It took a couple of times on the shipping, I'm in Phoenix and it's flippin' HOT here, but Darren is true to his word and obviously cares about customer service. I'm looking forward to doing more business in the near (cooler) future. Thank you again sir!
