Thank you for the like. Very top is Malala, my OBT, who, btw, has been a joy. No trouble at all, however, I'm not sticking my hand in her home trying to "bond" with an OWT who would just as soon eat my eyeballs for breakfast. Top left is Picklez, my LP, below is Socrates, my Nhandu c, top right is to house my arriving today Scolopendera s, Sayuri, and below that are my H. spinifers, a pair of brothers, Remus and Romulus, and, of course, my free roaming, happy and healthy love of my life, Idgie, my Bearded Dragon downstairs isn't pictured but is housed Idgie's mate, Dio, and a pair, M and F, H. arizonensis. My fear is that the tank I've set up for the Pede is NOT going to be escape proof. I worry about the mesh screen being able to be chewed through and any escapes through "tiny little thin as a butter knife" gaps they apparently can squeeze through? I did consult with the keeper Im purchasing it from (Ken the Bug Guy shout out to you wonderful dude) and thought I had it all down. Reading others' posts here, however, has made me more nervous than I was when i brought Malala home.
@AgnO She likes to watch the Nhandu c roam about. Socrates is still a juvie and spends half time in her hide and half roaming about, she is only about 2.5 DSL still. Idgie is not like other Beardies in that she does not freak out at her own reflection thinking it is a rival. She either knows it is she herself, or doesn't feel threatened. She's about to go into egg laying mode, so she might be looking for her mate, Dio, who is housed seaparetly in the downstairs of our home, and not free roaming. He sees her and is on her in a flash, and due to the fact that she is not yet quite 2 years old, it is a no go IMHO. He will have to wait for her to come of age lol
