I don't think thats a T blondi. Even though the pic is from underneath, the patella does not have any hairs so I think you have a T stirmi there. If you can get an overhead that will help to ID properly tho.
 
From this angle it looks more like a female.

As far as ID, I agree that this one doesn't seem to have hairy knees...
 
Hi guys, thank you for the replies @The Spider House and @NMTs ! I took the picture in the first night I got her. I agree that she was dehydrated an malnourished. I will never buy an animal from this guy again!
Also I'm going to upload an overhead picture later this day.
