P metallica

Any thoughts on this freshly molted 2.75 inch metallica? Is folio sexing possible at this stage?
Sadly i am leaning towards a male as well as i think i see a 'dot', though could be glare. I also think the little guy is supper leggy and lean so tempted to say his long legs are indicative of a male as well (or is it too early for proportions to come into play?). I couldn't get a clear shot last night but will try again today after work and see if i can post a new one - silly me didn't realize that the HDR function was off when i snapped the first one.

Males only become leggy when they mature, so it's completely irrelevant in immature specimens. And poecilotheria are a leggy genus. Immature males (unless they possess sexual dimorphism before maturity) will look exactly like their female counterparts.

Very interesting and good to know, thank you! So I've taken a second shot with my phone and although better than the first still doesn't look very good. I will post again and perhaps I could get some thoughts on that one :)
