Yes, the deep black is striking in person. I'm also impressed how much more I can see the growth in her carapace vs leg span. I'm used to how slings and juvis grow, with the crazy spindly legs... She's my first mature female, and this molt was over a year in the making, so very different growth pattern from my others.
