@Goopyguy56 thanx.. I did not see any flap only a ''dent''.The tarantula is about 1.5 inches.. Can the flap be under developed? Sorry for the stupid question

The flap can be transparent and more difficult to see when the molt- is wet. The flap should get darker as the t matures
