Drove nearly 3 hours to pick up this BIG girl. Previous owner listed her for $10 on Craigslist because they were moving. Very dehydrated, underfed and kept on wood chips. I placed her over a deli lid of water and she appears to be drinking ok. Will rehouse as soon as she’s ok. Possibly Lasiodorides?
For comparisons the lid she’s drinking from is one that fits those 16-32oz cups. She is big. Previous owner says she molts once every six months and had her for probably 5-6 years. Honestly I don’t know how old she is.
Volunteering at my wife’s kindergarten class right now but as soon as I get some I’m putting her into a nice sized container with a deep moisture gradient sub, water, and good vents. Then out of the laundry room and into my T area where it’s warmer.
