I need to get one of these I live in Arizona would be perfect to have. I got into tarantula because of this T. I saw one up in Prescott when I was Hiking.
@Casey K My post editing probably darkened some areas, but he is really dark when I look at him too. I also love this species because they are mostly out in the open, easily spooked though
@Sliptooth They are super easy to keep and very hardy. At least mine doesn't seem unhappy in any way, no strange behaviour. Took some time for him (suspect male) to accept food though.
