Pretty sure that's a jumping spider. I've seen what appears to be this species all over the place, from my bathroom in Calgary Canada, to Liberia, Costa Rica. Little spider, maybe a millimeter or two long, long thin body, and that white and black pattern that is very similar to P. audax.
