Phlogiellus sp. ‘Ko Lanta’ – adult female, 4cm DLS. Reading some research papers and locality, possibly ‘moniqueverdezae’? Not seen Phlogiellus dwarfs available often here, but glad to have her.
Yup I believe a 4cm is a hair over 1.5" - I'm sure we've got native spiders bigger than her! She makes my N. incei seem quite large in comarpison too.
I know not the most fancy looking spider by some people's standards, but between being tiny and a pretty dark chocolate colour, she's interesting enough for me

How can she not be interesting! she's basically a bar of Cadbury chocolate (purple wrapper n milk chocolate) in a t very very cute , sometimes understated beauty is best
