Caught in Sierra Vista, Arizona. It has only molted once in the year I've had it. Anyone have a clue of what the species is?
Using the identification key for female tarantulas of Arizona, it is most likely Aphonopelma vorhiesi.

Ha! I was just about to post the same thing - looks like an A. vorhiesi, especially considering your location. Here's a pic of one from the genus gallery that looks very similar:
