Sold to me as A. metallica, is that A. avicularia morphotype #6?

Young female about 3.5cm bl
I'd say maybe. I'll wait till better shots of the abdomen are available as it ages. Seems like it, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it yet.

Why are you confused with CB's answer?
I'm not. Just in my country Avicularia spp. is really messed up and people often don't really know what they sell. I know that morph 6 used to be metallica but I do not know if this exact specimen is morph 6 or other Avicularia.

Oh I see- don’t rely on your country- rely on science! Just be patient

@GoForGold This is why I'm not so sure you have M6. See here https://arachnoboards.com/threads/iso-a-avicularia-morphotype-4-sp-tambopata-azuraklaasi.333163/

That specimen has white setae at least in those pics, but they aren't blue setae that are white tipped as M6 has. We call it fiber optic setae, like fiber optic lights hah). Also notice the dorolateral white setae of the abdomen in image 1. That alone is indicative of M6, but the body color pattern is not obviously.

This is why a couple of pics is not always enough, and especially the age of the T too.

I can't open link. Basing on what you said it's the best choice to just wait for her to mature a bit.
