Black widow spider

I literally poked my finger inside its funnel like web, thinking it a funnel weaver. I was shocked to see, that when I got it to go in the vial, it had a red hourglass on its pure black abdomen.

Lucky you didn't get bit, where I live the only venomous spiders are brown recluses which can either be seen as a good or bad thing lol

She's lovely, but I swear she's got that "laid back ears" look dogs get when they growl and mean it.
