the name 'bird-eater' is super uniformative. No thanks to whoever/whatever shop gave that name to you.
Its really not obvious what it is, but i'd throw a first guess a Phormictopus sp. If someone agrees with this genus, and throws a species name like 'cancerides' at you, just ignore that. No way to tell the species like that.
Please give it a more humid area, and get rid of the bark chippings, those arn't good at all. I suspect its colour might change remarkably after a moult, especially if you were to give it a bit more humidity.
Anyway, looks healthy, nice spider, shame it doesnt have a useful name to it so you could figure out how best to keep it!
