You have a mature male, meaning that it's not going to grow anymore as he's mature and will focus solely on finding a mate because his time is now limited once mature. If he's lived over a year as a mature male then chances are that he's probably not going to produce any more sperm webs meaning he won't be viable for reproduction. Your measurements are confusing, but it appears to be a Pterinochilus murinus mature male. The most you can do know is treat him the best you can until he passes.
Thanks @Liquifin. I suppose im just shocked at how small the little guy is. I had my suspicions for a while and knew they didnt get huge if male but yeah. Thanks i will ill take good care of him of course
