If it comes down to sheer size, the Theraphosa will outpace them IMO. Both my female cams went from about 3/4" to 7" in three and a half years...which is definitely very impressive. However, my AF stirmi went from 1.5" to 9" in less then three, and is still growing lol...I think the Theraphosa are top of the line in terms of growth rates.
