My wife would freak if those were in our garage. She digs tarantulas but is not a fan of true spiders!!

I was curious if there was a good book or some kind of resource to help identify local spiders. I spend a lot of time hiking and run across a ton of different spiders and would like to know what they are. Any help is appreciated thanks.

The Petco down the street from me actually does carry tarantulas. The employees don't know anything about them and they always have 5 or so crickets in their cage wandering around.

No I got it from dean at nwinverts, which is where ive gotten all my tarantulas and scorpions so far.

No she has not molted yet since ive had her.

I wondered that also should I just leave it in there with momma?

Im fairly new to tarantulas and I bought an adult female Rose Hair back in February and I just went to feed her and she was sitting on top of what I think is an egg sac what do I do?
