Zoo Med waterfall kit?

I was wondering if anyone on the forums has used or at least seen this kit, I just bought a new terrarium and I wanted to put the kit right in the middle. My two major concerns are, is the kit self contained or will the water leak into my eco earth, and if it would cause mold could grow on it. I planned on using the terrarium to house my Versicolor or a new T that i might buy. If anyone owns one and could help me out it'd be much appreciated.
