I agree. That anole looked surprisingly similar to Anolis carolinensis, which is found nowhere near the vicinity of X. immanis. I could be wrong.

And that Avicularia sp. seemed to be hunting rather far away from its shelter

Why would the E. pulcherrimaklaasi molt above its burrow?

And lastly, why would sling(s) continuously lap the burrow of a trapdoor spider?

Hands down the best tarantula video ever. I can't imagine the kind of equipmet that they used for those shots!!! Every featured t was like a celebrity cameo too. Too cool! I do agree that a lot of that seemed very staged but who cares? That was some quality footage. Yay nature!

ya, i remember see it a while ago on Discovery channel.....i found it semi-imformative....i also got a kick out of them trying to capture the "day in life of the tarantula" theme

I watched on T.V. too!

Some were staged events.....Was awesome though! When my Imannis Molts in a few weeks....She will be that size......I will Not feed her an Anole lizard though :rolleyes: I got a 6" MM that she may like to eat :} :p - Jason
