My young female Ball shed last night and this morning I noticed some blood on her substrate. After examining her I found there was a bit of blood on her Cloaca. She seems fine otherwise - very active and alert and hungry, but I'm concerned. Before I up and go to the vet I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.

Nothing to worry about....this is a common occurance with some Ball Pythons. Nobody really knows why it happens, but it no cause for worry.

Thanks greenfiremajick, but all is well. Vet checked out OK and informed me (as DavidBeard did) that I need not worry. :) I'll post pics, as she's a real beauty! Big stripe down the tail. ;)
