Family Chrysomelidae subfamily Cassidinae, the tortoise beetles. The four spot pattern on the elytra is most like genus Plagiometriona.

They are found in abundance all over plants in fields and around ponds during most of the year. I guess care would be to keep them with fresh leaves of the plants they were found near and maybe keep them warm?
