in WV, i think it could be a furrow orb weaver potentionally, I’m not sure, this is what it sort of seemed like when trying to match it up visually to some state DNR illustrations

this is also the specimen that hopped inside my empty scorpion enclosure lol

seems to be a male bullheaded sac spider. Pretty common down in ny
