Yes, those are chaemeras (spelling) i read as much as i could on them. The spines on the back are highly poisonous, and can inflict some major pain. Some people get them stuck in "sablefish" traps.

I've seen a lot of ugly fish photos, but that one is a real contender.

The goblin shark looks as if it lost flesh from it's face and mouth (even though it didnt), if it had this I would imagine it would look like a common shark.

Looks like some sort of frogfish to me

Either that or a decent job of photoshop

I would guess a frogfish, it also looks like a gremlin from that movie.
