I've got to be honest with you, feeding your T's with your hands is quite stupid.

Use tweezers or something similar next time you feed.

My P irminia hasn't bitten me but as fast as a snowman finding a way out of hell. But I'm enjoying her for the moment because she is fat and in premolt so she is VERY slow in comparison.

I don't agree. I've never seen any of the Pokies I've kept move as fast as my P. irminia. But I DO agree that Tapinauchenius is even faster. :)

I don't know man...I believe that the Tap is faster than lightning. That thing will be out of its container and staring at me from the ceiling faster than I can blink. Luckily it's fast but not so aggressive yet.

ok well let me say this guys...normally i do use feeding tongs....but they broke yesterday...so i resorted to a small dubia nymph on my finger.....the irminia was in her burrow/tube web i was putting the nymph on the bark when out of nowhere she came flying out....if you seen here enclosure it would make this easier to understand why i felt ok to do this....but...i do relize it was retarded and today got some new tongs....but i wouldnt have thought shecould have nabbed me that fast...this was my poor judgement

For real. I found an old pair of science laboratory tweezers, that are about 4" long and pointed and thin so I can grab things easily, and they are by far my most useful tool. I NEVER feed without them, ever. In fact I started to freak out the one time I thought I lost them. Crickets are SOOOO much easier to grab, and I have plenty of buffer between my hands and my T's fangs.

yeah...again i do normal use tongs to feed but its hard to do when there broke in 2 pieces....also dont let tongs give you a false sence of security....because ive had plenty of slings and adult Ts run straight up them onto my arm....hence why some say "there the highway to the hand"

my rufilata's can do laps around my ornata's :p
It just doesn't make any sense to me that they would be faster, since they are so close to each other, but ornata's body indicates they would be faster. It's more likely that your rufilatas just run around more. In any case, the difference is small.
